CECILE’S DIARY – THIRD CLEANSE (DEEPEST)

Day 1: My first day started well. I got up at 7:30 AM and started with some water, after which I took my ginger shot around 8:00 AM. I definitely felt that—it was intense! After that, I got ready, and when I arrived at the office around 10:00 AM, it was time for the Master Cleanse. I really like this one because it has a bit of spice! I deliberately took it a bit later so that I would finish the day a little later.

Although I had done the deeper cleanse twice before, I wanted to try the Deepest this time. That’s why my juices at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM were the Force of Nature. This juice really makes me feel like I’m getting my vegetables in and being healthy! Throughout the day, I also drink water to stay extra hydrated and help flush out all the toxins more easily.

At 4:00 PM, it was time for the Mean Green, personally my favorite, because when I drink a juice, I want it to be as green and healthy as possible, which makes this one perfect. Around dinnertime, my dinner was the Celery Juice. It took some getting used to the taste again, but I always feel like this one is the most effective. Then I ended my first day at 8:00 PM with the Vanilla Sky. This is a homemade almond milk from Juice Brothers that helps me feel full for longer, making it easier to get through the day.

Day 2: I drank the same juices throughout the day as on the first day. I noticed that my body was really cleansing, and I experienced an energy dip during the day. I also felt like I was losing weight, which isn’t ideal for me. So, on the second day, I decided to make an organic vegan tomato soup in the evening that was as natural as possible. I found this very satisfying because it allowed me to take in a bit more while still continuing the cleanse.

To help my body detox, I went to the sauna in the evening. There, I sweated out all the toxins faster and was able to relax well alongside the cleanse.

Day 3: After waking up, I already noticed that my body had really adjusted to the cleanse and that the sauna had helped. I feel more energetic, fit, and upbeat. I don’t have to think about what I’m going to eat, and I also don’t feel any heaviness in my body, which keeps me sharp. This continued throughout the day. I was able to finish my workday at the office without any problems. In the evening, I had another tomato soup and went for a walk in the park with a friend. This way, I still got some exercise without exhausting my body! During my evening walk, I drank my Vanilla Sky, and afterward, I went home to rest so that I could start my first day after the cleanse feeling energized!

Day 4: After a few days of only drinking juices, I find it important to make a good transition to solid, nutritious food. I started my day with a Juice Brothers ginger shot, which I had ordered extra, and a smoothie so that my body could get used to more solid substances. Later in the day, I also made my own coconut milk to use in my vegetable curry for dinner. Super easy, tasty, and still healthy!
