Let us show you what Cold Pressed is all about and how we contain all the important nutrients and vitamins in out juices, shots, tonics and mylks.
Our method of cold-pressing locks in the maximum vitamins, minerals and enzymes of every organic ingredient. Not heat involved, no preservatives, unpasteurized. 100% organic.
Checked and washed
Every ingredient is checked and properly washed as cold as possible before it enters our cold press method
Razor sharp cut
All our ingredients go through our razor sharp knife to cut any fruit or veggie into a mash. No force is put into it so only gravity takes the ingredient through the blade, keeping everything nice and fresh.
The bag press
We capture every bit of the ingredient in a big bag, this is used to filter out the pulp from 100% pure juice
The Cold Press
Under immens hydraulic force every last bit of juice is pressed from the pulp, this all without heating ingredient at all, keeping all the nutritions in place. The pulp is captured in the bag to reuse in our pulp products later, no good ingredient goes to waste!

We can ship these juices fresh from our production to your door or we have an option to freeze the juice directly so you can keep the juice fresh in your freezer for longer. Visit our Shop.
I’m going on vacation soon. How and when do I change this in my subscription?

I have a monthly subscription, how do I know which day it will be delivered? I always want to receive my juices on the first of the month!
It is not possible to receive it on the first every month. You will always receive an email with the delivery date a week before the next delivery, if this does not work out, you still have 48 hours to adjust this.
Is your packaging recyclable?
All our packaging, except the bottles, is made of cane sugar plastic. The bottles are made from recycled plastic. These can be recycled after use
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
The driver then tries to deliver the delivery to the neighbors. If that does not work, you will receive an email shortly after with a new delivery time.
What does pausing my subscription mean?
If you pause your subscription you will not receive any more deliveries, but we will keep your information in our system and in your profile, to make it easy for you if you want to start again at some point in the future.
Do you deliver outside The Netherlands?
At the moment, we only deliver in The Netherlands, excluding the Waddeneilanden (Wadden Islands)
How long will my items last?
All items are shipped frozen. You can keep the juices in the freezer for 3 months. When you thaw the juice / juices, they can be kept in the refrigerator for another 3 days.
I am trying to take out a subscription and I also have a discount code. Can I use these together?
Unfortunately, these don’t both work at the same time. If you take out a subscription, there is an automatic discount on it, so we do not give a discount on discount.
I would like to receive 2 subscriptions this month, do I get an extra discount?
Unfortunately, no. The maximum discount on subscriptions is 15%.
I have lost my bank card, how do I add a new payment method for my next delivery?
No problem! You can change your payment method by logging in to My Account Profile at www.juicebro.com
Are my payment details safe?
I accidentally chose monthly delivery but I would only like to receive it every 3 months
Delivery frequency can be changed in Your Account Profile.
Where can I find the allergy information of the subscriptions?
You can click on each individual juice, and see all nutritional values and allergies.
I just ordered a subscription but I forgot to add my favorite juice, can I still add it now?
If your order is not out yet, we will be happy to make adjustments for you. Mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has already been shipped, you will not be able to adjust it until the next delivery, alternatively you could place a new order.
I have a subscription but I would like to receive a different composition next month, is this possible?
Yes, this is possible. Log in at juicebro.com and change the composition in Your Account Profile.
I would like to gift someone a subscription, is this possible?
Yes, this is possible. Make sure you fill in the right address at checkout. Would you like to add a personal note? This can also be done, email us at email@example.com
I have taken out a subscription with you but I cannot pay for it (anymore), what now?
If the direct debit does not work for whatever reason, the order will unfortunately not be delivered. Therefore, notify in time if you want to change your payment method.

Is it debited automatically?
Yes, the amount will be debited about a week before delivery.
How do I know when my next delivery will arrive?
A week before you receive your next delivery, you will receive an email from us with the date on which your delivery is scheduled. If this does not work out, you have 48 hours after receiving the email to make a change.
